Synero collects information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and data generated through your use of the service (queries, council sessions, saved results). We also collect standard usage analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the product.
Your data is used to provide and improve the Synero service. Queries are sent to third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) to generate responses. We do not use your queries or results to train any AI models. Usage analytics help us understand how features are used and where to focus improvements.
Synero integrates with multiple AI model providers to deliver multi-model responses. Your queries are transmitted to these providers under their respective API terms of service, which prohibit using API inputs for model training. We also use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing.
All data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with support for email/password and social login providers.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data (queries, results, preferences) is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you by contacting our support team.
Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Query history and council session results are retained until you delete them or close your account. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for product analytics purposes.
Synero uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used to understand product usage patterns and are anonymized.
