Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Synero is an AI-powered platform that routes your questions to multiple large language models, aggregates their responses, and synthesizes a consensus answer. The service is provided on an as-is basis. AI-generated responses may contain errors, and Synero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use Synero. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Synero for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, to circumvent usage limits or access controls, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

API Usage

Access to the Synero API is governed by these terms and any additional API-specific terms. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. You may not resell API access or use it to build a competing service without prior written consent.

Credits & Billing

Synero operates on a credit-based billing system. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed based on model usage and do not roll over between billing periods. Pricing and credit allocations may change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Synero. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use without restriction. The Synero platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Synero and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

Synero is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Synero after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
